Type 304 stainless steel wire braid is the standard reinforcement with other specialty materials available. Hengyu offers RTPE covered hose for chafe resistance and silicone covered hose for heat and fire resistance. Alternate braid materials include Nomex braided convoluted hose and Kevlar braided high-pressure smooth bore hose.

 

Our hoses are also available in different fluoropolymer materials such as PTFE, FEP, PFA and ETFE depending on the nature of the applications.

Q1. Do you produce smooth and convoluted PTFE hose ?

       A.  Yes, we can produce both cover, any one depends on customer’s request.

Q2. Do you produce Aramid braided PTFE hose?

             A.  Yes, we do provide aramid braided PTFE Hose with different color.

Q3. Can you produce product with my own brand?

      A.   Yes, we have been offering OEM services for 30 years.

Q4. Does your product have different color hose?

      A.   Yes, we currently provide black, grey, red, blue and yellow rubber hose.

Q5. How long does my order take to be delivered?

     A.   It usually takes 10 days, which generally depends on the quantity of your order

Q6. What the maximum length are your PTFE hoses ?  

     A.   Our max. length is 200m for 1/8" - 1/2" , and 50m for 5/8" - 1" PTFE hose.
